MDM Observatory is maintained by a minimal and efficient staff of two.  While this means there is no formal run support at night during observations, it does allow for effective and suitable care to be given to the telescopes, instruments, facilities and vehicles.  The staff have a long and proven track record for ensuring instruments are set up and ready to go prior to telescope time with a minimum of down time due to telescope, hardware or software issues.
