Problem(s) Encountered:

At the beginning of the night, when I tried to start tracking on the TCS (setting the HA rate to the sidereal rate), the telescope didn't actually start tracking, and it wasn't able to slew to a nearby bright star. I couldn't move the telescope using the hand paddles and restarting the TCS did not fix the issue. Since it was the beginning of the night, I was able to call Eric who did some troubleshooting and explained how to change one of the fuses on the MDC to fix the issue. The fix worked and there were no other telescope issues throughout the night!
