Problem(s) Encountered:

Upper right portion of CCD lost sensitivity. pressing on thick control cable seemed to fix it but the problem quickly returned.

Solution:

Have seen this happen sporadically over the past few years, prompting me to get a spare cable from OSU a couple years ago.  With it happening more frequently, I swapped in the spare cable.  This is the main cable connecting the detector to the head electronics (HE). Might be worthwhile getting a new spare cable again.  Camera readout appears to be working and reliable now.  Old cable has been sent to OSU for inspection/repair.
