Problem(s) Encountered:

TCS control Panel stop updating.
After restart TCS, it can not run any command and show  ERROR: Could not send command. Socket is not connected. 

Solution:

Signed in and believe things are working again.  rtel server had stopped.  This is what I did to correct:
Open a terminal window and type telescope status <enter> - saw rtel was “not running”.Type telescope stop <enter>Type telescope start <enter>Type telescope status <enter> - verified all servers were running.
In the TCS GUI, I reestablished connection.  Saw that the telescope was mostly stowed and mirror covers were open.  Closed the mirror covers and had to regime dec.  I tried verifying telescope motion and positioning but the latency was too bad this morning.  I’ll try again later today.
